Overall, a good week training-wise.
Monday was STC swim which went fairly well.
Tuesday was a 4 mile hill session
Wednesday was back in the pool for the silly o’clock STC swim session
Thursday was the excellent Run Camp session
Friday I finally got out on the bike for a 19km ride
Saturday was by 78th parkrun at Southampton Common
Tomorrow (Sunday) is likely to be a rest day!

On the 29th, I weighed 13 stone 1.1 lbs. Today, I weighed 12 stone 12.9lbs.
So, all in all, a great week.
