Week 1 so far

… so good!

I did 8x400m (400m RI) yesterday and it went well. Started with 10 mins easy and then had a brief cooldown at the end. The workout was done on the treadmill to ensure that the ‘track repeats’ were accurate. Garmin stats available at http://connect.garmin.com/activity/238580027

Today (Wednesday) was 24 lengths of 25m pool (600m total) in 21:42 mins. Swim efficiency 67%. 222 calories burned.

Tomorrow will be a 3 mile tempo run followed by another longer swim on Friday and a long run (6 miles) over the weekend.

If I blog about it, I’m more likely to stick with the plan. Apologies in advance if it gets dull!!
