Just a quick post today.
As part of my target of running 200 miles before the end of March and losing 25 lbs, I set the following targets for January:
* 3 runs per week
* 60 miles
* lose 8 lbs
In the first week, I ran:
* 16 miles
* ran 4 times
* lost 4 lbs
Pleased with progress so far.
In other news, I have been shortlisted for the Eastleigh Sports Award!! This came as a big surprise and I have a fairly good idea of who nominated me! Feel really honoured to have been shortlisted and am looking forward to the award ceremony on the 9th February at the Rose Bowl.
