This time last year I weighed in at 13 stone 1 lb. I’m now 14 stone 5 lbs! ARGHHHH!!!
It’s time to take action. My goal is to lose 24 lbs by the time I run the Olympic Park run at the Olympic Stadium on 31st March. That’s an average weight loss of 2 lbs per week between now and then. To do so, I’ll have to improve my diet and get out running 3 or 4 times a week. It’s not impossible. After all, I’ve done it before. I plan to chronicle how I get on regularly starting today.
In the same time period, I plan to run at least 200 miles. Again, that shouldn’t be too arduous. Having said that, I need to get out and run regularly and start increasing my mileage per run. As well as the Olympic Park Run, I’ve also go the Eastleigh 10K the week before and Stubbington 10K a little over 2 weeks away.
Here goes…
