So far, I’ve run 8.75 mile slow run and a 6 mile steady run. Both in my VFFs. Each run went well with no issues. Form felt good in the runs and no complaints.
For the 8.75 mile run on Monday, I taped up my blistered big toes and suffered no more blistering. I just wore my Injinji socks and VFFs today (Wednesday) and didn’t get any blisters at all. Seems that I’ve transitioned!
Some ankle ‘weakness’ which I’ll put down to 2 fairly long runs. Next run is 3 miles on Friday and then the Eastleigh 5K on Saturday.
